EST-19 pure acrylate resin

Description:

Polyurethane resin and pure acrylates to improve the physical qualities of the mortar. Adding the ESTonetex-Restaura mortar and the EST-19 resin, the ESTonetex-ForteMix thin-bed mortar for porexpan is obtained.

Ideal for regulating the absorption of ceramic surfaces (thermo-clay, brick, gero, tochana, etc.) prior to their coating with mortar for decoration or theming.

Container:

-Plastic container of 5 and 10 L.

-Dimensions 5L: 19 x 14 x 28 cm

-Dimensions 10L: 22 x 18 x 32 cm

Components:

-It is a resin in aqueous acrylic-polyurethane dispersion that improves the physical qualities of mortars.

Applications:

-As an additive to the ESTonetex-Restaura mortar, to obtain the thin-bed mortar on ESTonetex-ForteMix polystyrene.

-As an additive to ESTonetex mortar, to obtain greater hardness, the mixture must be carried out in the appropriate proportion with water.

-As a regulator for ceramic surfaces.

Medium:

-The base must be completely clean and dry.

Observations:

-Consult in the technical data sheet the proportions of water and hands necessary for its use as a concrete protector.

-As an absorption regulator on thermoclay surfaces in theming work, apply a mixture of 1 part of EST-19 and 8 parts of water on the surface.

Recommendations for use:

-Do not apply on frozen surfaces or with risk of snowfall in the 24 hours following the application of the product.

-It is not recommended to apply it in areas where the sun touches a lot.

-Recommended application temperature, from 5 to 30ºC.

Storage:

-Keep in a dry place that does not have direct contact with the sun.
