Description:

Concentrated water disinfectant, to combat broad-spectrum microbial activity, viricide, fungicide and bactericide. Application in public areas, hospitals, food industries, clinics or private housing.

Properties:

-It is a contact cleaning disinfectant with broad-spectrum anti-microbial activity, concentrated in a water base. Acts effectively as a bactericide, fungicide, and viricide. It works by destroying the cell membrane, yeasts, bacteria, molds, generating a great disinfection. Depending on the degree of dilution we carry out, we can increase the power from disinfectant to cleaning disinfectant, being advisable for a regular disinfection, working between 2.5% and 5% of the product in water. Higher concentrations would have to be done to also have a cleaning effect.

Applications:

-For groups PT2 and PT4 (cleaning companies, maintenance, etc.) surface disinfectant and area with environmental use, in hospitals, the food industry, industries, areas and public areas, residences, schools, homes, offices, etc.

-For painters or decoration professionals, surface and equipment disinfectant, application by professional personnel on floors, ceilings, walls, and all kinds of interior and exterior surfaces.

Supports:

-It is recommended that the surface is clean, contact with food, utensils, machinery or objects for food handling must be avoided; always cover with a plastic the surfaces that are not to be treated.

Recommendations for use:

-Apply with an EST sprayer, although it can also be applied with a sponge, knee, brush or mop.

-Make a test on the surface to be treated to verify the compatibility of the product with the materials on which it is applied.

How to use:

–To ensure viricidal activity, apply the product on the surface to the maximum dissolution of 1:19 in water (concentration 5%), and leave to act for about 15-20 minutes. A 2% solution (1:49 in water) is effective in many cases as efficacy tests indicate, but to avoid possible human error, it is recommended to use a concentration of 5%.

-To ensure bactericidal, fungicidal and deep cleaning action, apply the product 1 to 2 times on the surface in a maximum solution of 1: 7 of water (concentration 12.5%); and leave to act for 15-20 minutes. A higher concentration can speed up the process, but it is advisable to first look at the safety data sheet.

-To ensure bactericidal activity, apply the product on the surface in a maximum dissolution of 1:65 in water (concentration 1.5%), and leave to act for about 5-10 minutes.

-To ensure a fungicidal activity, apply the product on the surface in a maximum dissolution of 1:32 in water (concentration 3%) and leave to act for 15-20 minutes.
