ESTonetex Extreme SR-MR sulfor-resistant moldable thematic mortar for theming of waterfalls, aquariums and rocks that is in continuous contact in water or immersed with chlorinated water or salt water. It can be sprayed by machine, with a pneumatic plastering machine, or applied by hand.

The only mortar on the market resistant to sea water.

Description:

Sulphor-resistant thematic mortar for theming aquariums, waterfalls, swimming pools, fountains and theme parks.

It can be mixed directly with water, for areas such as waterfalls or swimming pool crowns.

It must be added with a solution of 1 part of EST-26 Multilite for 5 parts of water, in aquariums, immersion areas or zoos.

Container:

-Each bag weighs 25 kg, available in gray, each pallet contains 48 bags (1200 kg).

Strength and thixotropy:

-High resistance to friction and environmental wear factors.

-It has great thixotropy and elasticity, as well as very good handling.

-High resistance to work in contact with sea water, chlorinated water and salt water.

Applications:

-For theming of aquariums, zoos, waterfalls or theme parks.

-For theming where mechanical wear is very high.

-In theming that are in contact with fresh water or salt water.

Supports:

-Smooth concrete, precast concrete, mortar renders, ceramics, metal mesh or fiberglass structures.

-The supports must be clean, hard and cohesive.

-It is advisable to previously moisten the support, especially when in hot or windy weather.

Composition:

-SR / MR gray cement, limestone sands with granulometries 0.2 and 0.1 and additives.

Observations:

-On metal structures covered with armor, apply a first layer of thicker ESTonetex, to prevent it from penetrating through the holes in the mesh.

- At critical or singular points (structural joints, joints between different materials, or even in large thicknesses if deemed appropriate), it is very convenient to incorporate a mesh in the middle part to reinforce and reinforce it, thus enabling it to face stresses. or differential expansions that could produce a never desirable cracking. The use of fiberglass mesh is recommended.

Recommendations for use:

–Do not apply on frozen surfaces or with a risk of snowfall in the 24 hours following the application of the product.

–Application temperature between 5 and 30 ºC.

–It is always recommended to use fiberglass mesh between layers, regardless of thickness.

How to use:

-It must be added with a solution of 1 part of EST-26 Multilite for 5 parts of water for areas that are immersed or that have to withstand heavy wear.

-Project the mortar with the spraying machine, with a pneumatic plastering machine, or lay it out by hand and give the necessary material to the surface to be worked.

-Mold the mortar, with molds or with Japanese trowels, steel spatulas, etc ...

-Scratch the mortar before it dries.

Job characteristics:

- For thicknesses greater than 5 cm and up to 20 cm, apply a first base coat, grate it and apply the second with the desired thicknesses, once the first has hardened.

Performance:

- 18-20 kg / m2 in 1 cm of thickness.

Conservation:

- 12 months from the date of manufacture, in the original closed container and sheltered from moisture.
