Estone.tex System txt / thixotropic / mouldable and molding theming mortars, the best themed mortars. We have different mortars to carry out all kinds of themes, adapting to the most demanding conditions.

 Composed of ESTone.tex Expanded mortar, for vertical thematization of interior and exterior surfaces. Ideal for making stone, rock, brick, log and wood reproductions. It can be applied to facades, warehouses, walls, anmd many more; the ideal mortar for theming.

ESTone.tex Restaura, to carry out restoration works of historical heritage or rehabilitation of facades or sculptures.

ESTone.tex Extreme, special for themed waterfalls, aquariums or rock. Thanks to its extreme hardness it supports water wear, it is highly recommended to apply it in areas that are in continuous contact with water or in immersion.

ESTone.tex-ForteMix, latest generation mortar to apply in thin layer on polystyrene. It allows an application of 2 to 15 mm, offering great hardness and is applied directly on the polystyrene. It can be applied in expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polystyrene and foam of any density.

Pigmentation, within the ESTone.tex System we find several ways to pigment, and that combining them offer a totally mineral and realistic range of colors. There is no other system in the world that offers this type of product, one of the great advantages of applying the ESTone.tex System. With these products you can pigment all kinds of themes and works done on mineral bases.

The powder patinas offer unique color and texture finishes, in addition to being able to combine with each other, they are very easy to apply and resistant to wear. But they have to be applied with the wet surface for a correct anchorage.

Mixol dye mineral pigments, combined with EST-26 Multilite, EST-Monocrom mineral silicate or EST-Multipol nano-acrylate glazes. Thanks to its composition, Mixol dyes can be applied on any mineral base, offering a much more realistic range of colors than products from other systems.

EST-26 Multilite mineral silicate comes with colors already prepared at the factory or colors can be prepared with Mixol dyes. Thanks to its composition it penetrates into the mortar which causes a totally mineral and natural color without creating surface glazes, making it breathable.

EST-Monocrom, is a mineral silicate that penetrates into the mineral base, it differs from EST-26 Multilite in that it produces more intense colors, but with a breathable and mineral finish.

And the EST-Multipol nano-acrylate glaze, when in contact with the mortar, produces a fully breathable glaze, which produces a range of colors different from those of mineral silicate. It can be applied with the factory colors, or make colors to your liking by mixing it with Mixol dyes.

The additives of the ESTone.tex System improve the qualities of ESTone.tex mortars. To provide the mortar with greater plasticity and mineralization, we will use the EST-26 Multilite mineral silicate and to give the EST-19 EPS resin greater hardness. In the case of some mortars, they must necessarily be mixed with additives to promote their manageability and resistance to wear.

The mineral silicate EST-26 Multilite, thanks to its composition, favors the anchorage of the mortar in mineral bases, and the handling of the biker; in addition to improving their physical qualities. In the case of ESTone.tex Restaura, a mixture of 1 part of EST-26 Multilite for 6 parts of water must be made. And in the ESTone.tex Extreme one part of EST-26 Multilite for 5 parts of water.

The EST-19 EPS acrylic polyurethane resin improves the physical qualities of the mortar, providing it with greater hardness and wear resistance. With ESTone.tex Restaura we can make different solutions depending on the hardness that you want to give to the mortar. The solution can range from 1 part EST-19 EPS for three parts water, to 1 part EST-19 Eps for one part water. With the mixture of the resin and the ESTone.tex Restaura mortar, we would obtain the ESTone.tex-ForteMix thin-layer mortar.

Mesh, they are very important element when making any coating, plaster or thematization, because if the mesh is applied between layers, we greatly reduce the risk of cracks, breaks and other problems. Therefore, it is recommended to always apply it in all possible jobs. Anti-cracking meshes and plastic meshes suitable for all types of materials, txt mortar, lime mortars, monolayers, plaster, microcement, etc.

Anti-fissure meshes, whether 110g / m2 or 160g / m2, must be applied between coats. In thinner coat work it is recommended to apply the 160g / m2 mesh as it is finer, in plasters, microcements, EPS thematization, etc. And for the rest of the work, the 110g / m2 mesh, themed work with single-layer coatings, lime mortar, plastering, etc.

And the plastic mesh, it is recommended to apply it to iron structures, instead of using galvanic mesh. Since it suffers dilations, which causes fissures and detachments of the mortar. Using plastic mesh avoids these problems, as well as being easier to install and lighter.

Waterproofing, applying a good waterproofing is very important to ensure the protection of the work done. That is why in the ESTone.tex System we have state-of-the-art oil repellent, which thanks to its technology avoids problems of humidity, filtrations, and the proliferation of nitrate and microorganisms.

EST-3 Plus is an oil repellent, oil repellent, with great penetrating power and breathability, and resistance to alkalinity. It can be applied on all types of lime mortars, txt mortars, monolayers, plasters and even on natural stone. So, apart from being a high quality product, it is versatile, since it can be applied in thematizations, coatings or plasters. Thanks to its penetrating power, it works by removing or introducing it according to the needs of the mortar, temperature, humidity and other factors. What prevents future problems of proliferation of fungi, algae, saltpeter, etc.

EST-7 is a state-of-the-art water repellent, highly breathable. Thanks to its concentrated consolidating power, it penetrates into the base and protects it from humidity, inclement weather and the proliferation of salts and microorganisms. Ideal for Restoration of Historical Heritage.

EST-7 Nano Tane, concentrated hybrid protective water repellent. Prevents the proliferation of microorganisms and salts, friction wear and dirt adhesion.

EST-Multilithium, lithium silicate mineral consolidant for absorbent mineral bases. Ideal for Restoration of Historical Heritage and bioconstruction.
